Custom & Personalized Products

Custom-made and personalized products, including engraved or personalized rifle slings, are made specifically for each customer and therefore:

• Cannot be refunded or exchanged unless defective
• Cannot be cancelled once production has started

Please ensure all spelling, sizing, and customization details are correct before confirming your order.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

• a damaged item,
• a defective product,
• or the wrong order,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• your order number,
• clear photos of the issue,
• and a description of the problem.

Once assessed, we may:

• repair the item,
• replace the item,
• or issue a refund where appropriate.

 

Natural Leather Disclaimer

Leather is a natural material and may contain:

• unique grain patterns,
• texture variations,
• small marks,
• or slight color differences.

These are not considered defects but part of the character and authenticity of genuine leather craftsmanship.

 

Warranty

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products.

If stitching, hardware, or workmanship fails under normal use within 6 months of purchase, we will assess the item for repair or replacement.

This warranty does not cover:

• normal wear and tear,
• scratches or scuffs,
• water damage,
• misuse,
• or improper care.
