Processing Times

All House of Bezalel products are handcrafted and made with care.

Standard Products

Orders for standard products are typically processed within:

  • 2–5 business days

Custom & Personalized Products

Custom orders, including personalized rifle slings and made-to-order items, may require:

  • 5–14 business days
    depending on workload, customization requirements, and material availability.

Customers will be notified if additional production time is required.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship throughout South Africa using trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Main cities: 1–3 business days

  • Regional/outlying areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • courier delays,

  • weather conditions,

  • public holidays,

  • or high-volume periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • package size,

  • weight,

  • and delivery location.

In some cases, promotional or flat-rate shipping may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • a tracking number,

  • and courier details
    via email or WhatsApp where applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

House of Bezalel cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • incorrect addresses,

  • incomplete contact information,

  • or unavailable recipients.

Additional courier fees resulting from incorrect information may be charged to the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

  • contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date,

  • include your order number and photos where applicable.

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Collection Option

Local collection may be available by arrangement.

Customers will be notified once their order is ready for collection.
