Refund policy

Returns

At House of Bezalel, every item is handcrafted with care using genuine leather and quality materials. Because many of our products are handmade and custom-produced, we handle returns on a fair and practical basis.

We accept returns on standard, non-custom products within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused and in original condition
• The product has not been damaged through wear, misuse, or improper care
• The item is returned in its original packaging where possible

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
